12 Minute EMOM

Odd Minute: 45 sec Plank Hold

Even Minute: 45 sec ME Air Squats

  • Score is total air squats. 
  • Post score to the comments below. 

Remember to keep your core tight and the back in a neutral position on the plank. Be sure to take your air squats all the way below parallel, or as low as mobility will allow. Keep those air squats moving, but maintain good form throughout. Perfect practice makes perfect!
